What to Expect

This is a fully remote position and open to candidates based anywhere within France.

As a Field Trainer on our Residential Energy team, you'll help boost Powerwall sales in France by training our certified installers and attending public events.

You'll get to hit the road in a cool Powerwall training and promo van, travelling around France to facilitate training sessions. Your main goals? Get people excited about our energy products, build stronger ties with current installers, and help bring new partners into the Tesla Certified Installer network.

It's a dynamic job that needs solid know-how in the electrical field plus great people skills and communication. You'll join a fun, creative team that's all about accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.

What You'll Do

  • Give product demos and technical training to installers and electricians
  • Set up and run marketing or tech events, including getting the Powerwall promo van ready to go
  • Keep yourself updated on all Tesla products and tools that customers use
  • Team up with local sales, engineering, and marketing folks to plan customer visits and events
  • Drive and take care of the Tesla Powerwall van and its gear – keep it safe, clean, and working smoothly
  • Plan your own travel schedule and handle the admin tasks

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years' experience in a technical customer-facing role within the energy industry
  • Strong skills in relationship-building and delivering engaging training sessions
  • A valid driver's licence with a clean, safe driving history
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Fluent in French and English
