Lakarya LLC is seeking an experienced
Network Project Lead
to lead and deliver enterprise network initiatives supporting
global clients
. The role requires strong technical expertise in
LAN/WAN technologies
and the ability to coordinate across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end LAN/WAN network projects including design, implementation, migration, and upgrades
- Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with global teams and clients across different time zones
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers
- Ensure network availability, performance, and security standards
- Participate in operational support and escalation management
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of enterprise networking experience
- Strong expertise in LAN, WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs
- Hands-on experience with Cisco or equivalent enterprise networking technologies
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS, and network security fundamentals
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and US shift schedules
Certifications
- Cisco or Network Certification required or strongly preferred (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent)
