We're looking for a Marketer or Content Creator to join our team as the owner of our Instagram Organic channel. This person will 
own our Instagram account
 and the content that it publishes with the intention of achieving two goals:
acquiring customers
and
generating revenue.
The person in this role is therefore responsible for meeting customer acquisition and sales targets via organic Instagram content. This role is not about growing followers; it's about owning a marketing channel to serve business objectives.

Candidate profile

We're looking for someone whose professional and personal experiences clearly demonstrate the ability to fulfil the missions listed above. The following will be particularly appreciated:

  • Proven success in managing an organic-social channel (Instagram, Tiktok, YT Shorts) with clear focus on driving customer acquisition and sales
  • Deep familiarity with HNWI audiences
  • Personal fluency in short-form storytelling; ability to identify winning formats and craft strategic content that translates into sales
  • Past professional experiences in luxury in these markets: USA, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, UAE, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, UK
  • Fluency in English; French is a strong plus (other languages a bonus)
  • Self-motivated, owner mindset: comfortable taking full responsibility for outcomes
