As part of our strategic expansion in Europe, we are seeking an experienced and well-connected B2B Sales Agent to strengthen our presence across key European fashion markets.

Position Overview

The B2B Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing professional clients across Europe. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, proven B2B sales expertise, and strong existing relationships with premium brands, corporate buying divisions, and leading department stores.

This is a commission-based position designed for highly driven professionals capable of representing a luxury textile brand at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure B2B clients across major European markets, including:
  • Luxury fashion brands
  • Designer ateliers
  • Corporate buying offices
  • Premium retailers and department stores
  • Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Represent and present WoolGold's textile collections professionally, ensuring alignment with the brand's premium positioning.
  • Lead and manage negotiations related to pricing, contractual terms, and delivery conditions.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure seamless order execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse European fashion and textile market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide structured reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and client developments.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–6 years of proven B2B sales experience within textiles, fashion, luxury goods, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success operating in key European markets (France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Scandinavia).
  • Established network and documented experience working with premium fashion brands, corporate buying entities, and leading European department stores.
  • Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, product positioning, and wholesale structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of operating independently.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish is considered an advantage.
