The Partnerships team

At Lumon, we've built a long-standing presence in the French real estate market, partnering successfully with hundreds of agencies across the country. As one of our key target markets, France offers significant opportunities for growth, and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic partnerships manager to lead our expansion efforts. The role will be nurturing the South West of France and form the start of a further dynamic geographical build out of the Lumon offering.

In a nutshell…

We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our high-energy team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in the growth of Lumon, identifying new business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team to build a robust pipeline. Your work will directly impact the company's ability to scale across South West of France.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster new business while also expanding relationships with existing partners/introducers to achieve Lumon's goals. 

Your day to day will be the following…  

  • Partner Acquisition & Core Focus: Acquire and activate a strong portfolio of revenue-generating partners within the South West of France.
  • Relationship Management: Develop long-term strategic relationships nurturing partners toward success.
  • Revenue Growth & Project Leadership: Collaborate with partners to drive new partner-sourced or influenced opportunities that align with your region's addressable market. You'll be accountable for delivering pipeline volume relative to your quota and regional win rate.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Marketing and Sales.
  • Market Expertise & Strategic Contribution: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and Lumon's offerings to effectively position us and identify opportunities for collaborating with partners.

You should apply if...  

  • Experience working in a sales, business development or partnerships management role
  • A strong and active book of clients and/or in the FX and real estate
  • Experience to run a full sales cycle; from prospecting, discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Strong understanding of the French market, including industry trends and key players.
  • Proven track record in generating new business and in exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to travel to partners about 90% of the time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
  • A growth mindset with a hunger for learning new things and improving.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple prospects at once.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth and innovation
  • A passion for building relationships and making a tangible impact on business growth.

  • 1 take home brief to be presented  
  • 1-hour Video interview
