OKARA accompagne une scale-up française en pleine croissance, spécialisée dans les
solutions SaaS de cybersécurité et de gestion d'identité client (CIAM)
.

Sa plateforme aide les grandes marques à
sécuriser, connecter et mieux comprendre leurs clients
à travers tous les canaux digitaux.

Aujourd'hui, l'entreprise renforce son équipe
Professional Services
et recherche un
Professional Services Manager
pour piloter les projets d'intégration technique de sa solution chez ses clients grands comptes.


Ta mission

En lien direct avec les équipes techniques et produit, tu seras responsable du
succès des intégrations
: cadrage, delivery, qualité et satisfaction client.

Tes principales responsabilités :

Piloter la
delivery
de plusieurs projets d'intégration CIAM (du cadrage à la mise en production).

Concevoir l'
architecture cible
: authentification, OAuth2/OIDC, RGPD, synchronisation CRM/CDP/MDM, web & mobile.

Conseiller sur les
patterns d'intégration
: API, SDK, imports/exports, webhooks.

Industrialiser l'onboarding client : création de
playbooks, checklists et templates
pour des déploiements plus scalables.

Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Tech, Product, QA, CSM, Sales) et les partenaires intégrateurs.

Garantir la
satisfaction client
: qualité, sécurité, conformité, respect des délais.

Assurer un
support niveau 2/3
sur les projets en run avec les devs et devops.

Maintenir une
expertise produit
et remonter les besoins d'évolution au Product.


Ton profil

Bac+5 / école d'ingénieur ou équivalent.

5 à 10 ans d'expérience réussie en
Professional Services, Delivery Management ou Chef de projet technique
, idéalement dans un environnement
éditeur SaaS / intégration logicielle
.

Solides bases techniques :
API, Web, sécurité, architectures distribuées.

Excellent sens de la
communication et de la coordination
entre équipes techniques et clients.

Capacité à
structurer, anticiper et livrer
.

Français courant & anglais professionnel.
