If these core values sound like you: "be bold, do amazing things", "say what you mean, do what you say", "one team, same mission", "always be evolving": apply now

Our Mission

We're looking for a Product Manager to join the Channels Tribe, working at the intersection of Employee Communication and Admin Experience & Setup.

Our mission is to help organizations communicate effectively with all employees — desk-based and frontline — while giving administrators simple, powerful tools to configure, govern, and scale these experiences.

Too often, internal communication platforms are complex to set up, hard to govern, and fail to reach the right people at the right time. We're changing that by building clear, reliable, and scalable communication and administration experiences.

At the heart of this mission are the Employee Communication and Admin Experience & Setup teams — your future scope. Together, they ensure that messages are delivered through the right channels, to the right audiences, with the right configuration behind the scenes.

2026 Product Challenges & Priorities

In 2026, your main focus will be to lead major convergence initiatives at the heart of LumApps' product evolution.

Key priorities include:

  • Unifying our notification systems across platforms and products (Email, Push, In-App) to deliver a consistent, reliable, and scalable communication experience.

  • Harmonizing admin interfaces, simplifying configuration, governance, and day-to-day management for administrators.

  • Aligning and contributing to our Design Systems, ensuring visual, interaction, and behavioral consistency across employee-facing and admin experiences.

These initiatives are highly strategic and will require close collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and Platform teams, as well as strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a complex, evolving environment.

Who You'll Work With

You'll join a rich, multicultural product organization, spread across multiple countries and tribes.

This is a highly cross-functional role, and on a daily basis you'll collaborate with:

  • Product Managers & Product Directors from other verticals and product areas

  • Engineering Managers and Engineering Directors

  • Product Experience Designers (PX)

  • Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Professional Services teams

  • And of course, Pia, your future manager and Product Director of the Channels tribe

Your Future Manager

Pia is an experienced, engaged, and structured Product Director.

She provides a clear framework, high expectations, and strong support, while leaving you real autonomy to own your scope and make decisions. You'll be encouraged to speak up, challenge ideas constructively, and actively shape both the product and the way the team works

Your Role

As a Product Manager working across Employee Communication and Admin Experience & Setup, you will:

  • Define and drive the product vision for how organizations create, manage, and distribute employee communications — from admin configuration to end-user delivery.

  • Own and prioritize the roadmap across communication capabilities (broadcasts, notifications, channels) and the admin/setup experiences that enable them (settings, permissions, targeting, governance).

  • Deeply understand your users, including communication managers, HR teams, IT admins, and employees, to identify friction points and translate them into simple, scalable product solutions.

  • Balance admin power with usability, ensuring complex configuration does not come at the cost of clarity, efficiency, or adoption.

  • Work closely with Engineering and Product Experience (PX) to deliver high-quality features, iterating quickly based on usage data and customer feedback.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to support go-to-market efforts and successful customer adoption.

  • Coordinate dependencies with all adjacent product areas such as Mobile, Content, Integrations, Workflows, Learning and AI, ensuring a coherent end-to-end experience.

How We'll Measure Success
  • Increased adoption and engagement of Employee Communication features.

  • Improved admin efficiency and satisfaction, measured through reduced setup complexity and support needs.

  • A clear, data-informed roadmap aligned with customer needs and company priorities.

  • Strong cross-team collaboration and the ability to influence beyond your immediate scope.

What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven ability to deliver product features end-to-end, from discovery to launch and adoption.

  • Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Customer teams, Marketing, CX).

  • Ability to combine customer insights and data (qualitative & quantitative) to make informed decisions.

  • Structured thinking, strong prioritization skills, and comfort managing trade-offs.

  • Excellent communication skills, with business-level fluency in English & French.

Bonus Points
  • Experience with internal communication, notifications, or engagement platforms.

  • Familiarity with admin, setup, or configuration-heavy product experiences.

  • Exposure to mobile-first or frontline user environments.

  • Experience working with enterprise customers and complex organizational structures.

  • Understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.

  • Fluency in French and/or German.

Why Join Us
  • You'll work on products used daily by millions of employees to stay informed, aligned, and engaged.

  • You'll play a key role in shaping both what employees see and how organizations configure and scale their AI Employee Hub and communication platform.

  • You'll join a collaborative, international team navigating exciting product challenges at the intersection of communication, administration, and platform evolution.

  • At LumApps, we're committed to creating an environment where people feel trusted, supported, and empowered to grow.

This role might not be for You if…You don't enjoy these Core Expectations
  • Working on transversal topics with many stakeholders

  • Operating in evolving, sometimes ambiguous contexts

  • Applying a solid product methodology (discovery, prioritization, delivery)

You're uncomfortable with these realities
  • The scope is not fully fixed and will evolve with you

  • You'll sometimes need to say "no", make trade-offs, or arbitrate between competing priorities

  • You'll work in an international environment, across time zones and cultures

You're not aligned with this culture
  • We value autonomy and ownership

  • Cross-team collaboration is a necessity, not a bonus

  • You'll often need to set structure and direction without having all the answers upfront

Hiring Process

Our recruitment process is designed to be transparent and meaningful:

  1. Interview with the Talent team

  2. Interview with Pia, your future manager

  3. Case study: presentation of a strategic product topic

  4. Meetings with peers and key stakeholders

  5. Final round with a member of the Product Leadership team
