Job Description
We are looking for talented individuals to become part of our rapidly growing business and grow with us. The right person should have progressive experience of working on various technologies, managing at least 4 plus member projects as large as with 20 members spread across locations and geographies. The candidate should have exposure to work with the clients directly and manage the

teams in delivering IT projects and should be well versed with software development life cycle, Waterfall, Agile methodologies. Preference will given to the members with data management, Big Data technologies experience in one or more tools such as Talend, Data Stage, Informatica, SSIS, Hadoop, Cloudera, Map R, Horton Networks, Spark, Storm, Oozie and exposure to Pig scripting, Hive etc. Exposure or experience of working on Data warehouse, reporting and analytical projects is a key advantage. The role and compensation will depend upon the exposure to technology areas and relevant prior experience.

Job Requirements, And Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, enterprise wide projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of project goals
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to create integrated project plans including scope, schedule, risk and communication plans
  • Understand and translate requestor s strategies into plans, and be able to drive the project to completion
  • Follow-up on action items between team meetings and ensure accountability of team members
  • Maintain Issue logs, project budgets, Identify risks, contribute to issue resolution and publish the status to the stake holders. Experience in usage of Tools like Jira for project management is a great plus
  • Apply expertise as a project manager with industry vertical exposure to successfully deliver project and program outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Foster positive business relationships Interface with all levels of management and ensure alignment throughout the organization
  • Effectively frame and present information to senior leadership
  • Very good communication, presentation skills with very good MS office, Visio, MS project and other project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel across (domestic, International) trips. Ready for at least 25% travel outside the base location

Qualifications/ Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology or similar
  • 5-8 years of experience in Project Management in IT field. Progressive experience and technical skills will be rewarded appropriately
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools including schedules, communication plans, risk plans, resource plans, scope & change management tools, action item trackers, and project plans
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution skills, and cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to network with different functional areas
  • Good planning ability, critical thinking along with dexterity on usage of tools such as MS office, Visio, MS project and other project management tools.
  • Project Management Certification is a plus
  • Base Location: Hyderabad, India
