The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in delivering large-scale CRM initiatives using Veeva CRM and/or Salesforce, with a strong understanding of commercial, sales, and marketing operations in a regulated pharma environment.In this role, you will act as a key facilitator and decision-maker, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, IT, and external vendors. You will own the complete project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and RFP execution to implementation, stabilization, and change management—ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and successful adoption across multi-market deployments.This role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact digital transformation programs that directly support pharma commercial excellence and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead high-level workshops and stakeholder interviews with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Customer Service teams to gather and align CRM business requirements.Navigate and arbitrate conflicting stakeholder expectations, balancing competing priorities to achieve consensus on core CRM capabilities and roadmap.Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for RFP documentation.Plan and execute the RFP process in collaboration with Procurement, ensuring compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards.Facilitate vendor evaluations, demos, scoring, and selection, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.Build and present business cases, cost estimates, and financial justifications to secure funding and approvals.Manage end-to-end Veeva CRM migration and implementation projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and post-go-live stabilization.Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulations including GxP, PDPA, and data integrity/audit trail requirements.Lead cross-functional internal teams and external vendors across regions to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to executive sponsors and steering committees.Drive enterprise-wide change management and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful CRM rollout and sustained business value.RequirementsBasic Requirements10+ years of experience in project or program management, with a strong focus on enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.Proven experience leading at least two full-cycle CRM deployments or migrations in pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and/or Salesforce platforms in a regulated pharma environment.Strong understanding of pharma commercial processes including sales force automation, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks, including GxP, PDPA, and data integrity requirements.Experience managing complex, multi-market programs with distributed teams and multiple vendors.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Veeva ecosystem components such as Veeva Vault, Veeva Network, or Veeva Data Cloud.Prior background in large system integrators or consulting firms delivering pharma CRM programs.Strong change management and user adoption experience in sales and marketing organizations.Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud or integrated analytics platforms.Experience delivering global or regional CRM rollouts across multiple countries.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
