Le Département FMCG Third Party est composé d'environ 68 personnes basées dans 5 pays. Il est en charge d'assurer le contrôle financier des fonds, de gérer les budgets et les prestataires. En proche collaboration avec les équipes de fund management et de comptabilité, il a un rôle clé dans la valorisation des fonds, le contrôle financier quotidien et l'administration des fonds. Il est notamment en charge de la production des reportings réglementaires, des reportings aux investisseurs et au Risque.

Nous recherchons un stagiaire pour couvrir deux fonds pan-européens adossés à des plateformes spécialisées en logement étudiant et en life-science.

Votre rôle au quotidien :

  • Produire des rapports annuels, semestriels, trimestriels ou mensuels (y compris reporting réglementaire) et des tableaux de bord sur la performance financière, ainsi que des rapports externes et internes ad hoc (c.-à-d.Reporting internes et clients), Coordonner le processus de planification du fonds/des actifs et préparer les calendriers de planification en incluant les commentaires sur les résultats du portefeuille, Assurer l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des productions dans les délais impartis des prestataires de services externes (administrateur de fonds, gestionnaire d'entreprise, gestionnaire immobilier)
  • Préparer des prévisions sur les fonds et des analyses des écarts en utilisant les outils informatiques à disposition, Contrôler la performance au niveau des actifs (écarts entre données réelles et prévisionnelles, performances des actifs, contrôle des dépenses d'investissement, arriérés des loyers, etc.)
  • Procéder au contrôle du portefeuille et du risque au niveau du fonds, calculer le ratio de risque ou règlementaire et suivre les recommandations d'investissement si demandé, Mettre à disposition des résultats dans le système informatique global
  • Participer aux projets transversaux si demandé et exécuter d'autres tâches et projets attribués périodiquement
  • Renforcer une gestion des risques avisée et efficace conformément au cadre de mesures et d'objectifs en matière de risque et de conformité

Education/Qualifications
Bac+4 ou 5 - Diplôme en cours en école supérieure de commerce parcours finance/comptabilité/contrôle de gestion ou à l'université avec majeure en finance/comptabilité.

Compétences Technique

  • Niveau avancé Excel demandé et VBA souhaité
  • Anglais et français courant exigés (Ecrit et parlé)
  • Bonne capacité d'analyse
  • Capacité d'évolution et communication dans un environnement international
