We are looking for Business Manager, who will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and developing Nippon Gases France sales activities . Their main goal is to improve the actual business in terms of sales and margins , leading the sales team and implementing effective strategies to acquire new customers and investigate for potential M&A actions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Share with Managing Director sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage, motivate, and train the sales team, monitoring both individual and group performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to launch promotional campaigns and new products.
  • Manage the sales department budget and optimize available resources.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers and suppliers.

Required Skills:

  • To know Industrial Gas Companies in terms of products and technologies proposed to the market.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to work towards targets.
  • Main capacity to have relathionship with Customer Top Management.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the reference market and sales techniques.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales management tools.

Other Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering ,Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Managing roles in Industrial Gases Companies.
  • Fluent English.
