Cybersécurité industrielle (OT/ICS) – Création d'une activité stratégique (IDF)

Un acteur reconnu de la cybersécurité, adossé à un grand groupe français, accélère fortement sur la cybersécurité industrielle et lance une activité dédiée OT/ICS.

L'objectif est clair : structurer, développer et porter une offre OT Security complète, avec une vraie ambition marché.

Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un profil senior capable d'incarner cette expertise, de construire l'offre et de devenir le référent OT/ICS de l'organisation.

Ce poste s'adresse à un expert qui veut aller au-delà de l'exécution : vision, structuration, business et influence.

Votre rôle : Responsable Cybersécurité Industrielle (OT/ICS)

Vous intervenez au cœur du lancement de cette activité, avec un impact direct sur la stratégie, le développement commercial et la crédibilité technique du pôle industriel.

Vos missions:

  • Construire, structurer et piloter l'offre OT Security (conseil, audit, conformité, évaluations, services)
  • Définir le positionnement marché, les méthodologies et les modèles d'engagement
  • Développer l'activité commerciale : prospection, réseau, réponses aux appels d'offres, partenariats
  • Piloter les premiers projets clients, définir les livrables et capitaliser pour faire évoluer l'offre
  • Accompagner les clients industriels sur leurs enjeux cyber (gouvernance, gestion des risques, réglementation, EBIOS, NIS2…)
  • Superviser et contribuer aux audits OT, évaluations de sécurité, architectures sécurisées, missions PASSI, pentests et diagnostics
  • Représenter l'activité auprès de l'écosystème industriel (salons, événements, partenaires, institutions)
  • Participer au recrutement, à l'animation et à la montée en compétences de l'équipe
  • Incarner l'expertise OT/ICS en interne et en externe

Profil recherché:

  • 7 à 12 ans d'expérience en cybersécurité industrielle / OT Security
  • Excellente maîtrise des environnements ICS/SCADA, réseaux OT et normes ISA/IEC 62443
  • Réseau établi dans l'industrie (énergie, transport, manufacturing, utilities, défense…)
  • Expérience solide en projets complexes et missions à forte valeur ajoutée
  • Pratique des audits OT, standards industriels et évaluations de systèmes industriels
  • Sens du business, expérience en développement commercial et pilotage d'activité
  • Capacité à structurer une offre, fédérer des équipes et porter une vision marché
  • Idéalement issu du conseil, de l'audit, du PASSI ou de l'intégration
  • Leadership naturel, crédibilité immédiate face aux environnements industriels
  • Français courant, anglais apprécié
