At Kompanion Care, we are building Lilia — a generative AI-powered companion that helps families and care providers bring more connection, joy, and stimulation into the lives of seniors. We're a mission-driven healthtech startup based in Paris, working with leading care institutions and research partners across Europe.

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales & Growth Intern who is excited to combine field work with growth operations. You'll meet caregivers and healthcare providers directly, present Lilia on-site, and support them in adopting our solution. You'll also contribute to keeping our growth funnel organized and running smoothly.

What You´ll do

  • Engage directly with clinics and care providers through outreach and visits
  • Deliver presentations and demos of Lilia, helping partners understand its value
  • Support onboarding: agreements, promo codes, iPads, and setup in care settings
  • Maintain and update our CRM and outreach funnel with new contacts and activities
  • Track results, share feedback from the field, and help optimize our approach
  • Collaborate with the team on outreach campaigns, content, and reporting
  • Present Lilia in events and conferences to develop awareness and explore potential partnerships

What We are Looking For

  • Background in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or related fields (student or recent graduate)
  • Strong communicator, confident in face-to-face conversations and presentations
  • Proactive, resilient, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Interest in healthtech, caregiving, and digital innovation
  • Comfortable working in French and English
