Your Mission
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the Talent Management team at BlaBlaCar, reporting to the Head of Talent, Culture & Performance.
Your responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage the compensation and benefits (C&B) strategy across BlaBlaCar
- Build & maintain BlaBlaCar's salary grid and grading system per job function, and ensure it remains at all times updated and grounded on relevant external surveys and benchmarking
- Review our current variable compensation programs, leave & benefits and enhance or develop our programs
- Lead the annual End-of-Year compensation review process globally
- Prepare meetings, minutes, presentations, and data for the Remuneration Committee
- Prior experience in a similar position & in an international compensation environment
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Self-management skills and autonomy
- Good communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
- You are organized, results-driven, and can prioritize in a changing environment
- Full working proficiency in English
- Prior experience in an international Tech scale-up environment strongly preferred
- Prior experience with Workday is a plus
- Hybrid status for this role
