RESUME DU POSTE

La/le Gestionnaire Finance / Income Auditor participe à la bonne gestion quotidienne du service financier.

Elle/Il aura pour mission de :

  • Centraliser quotidiennement tous les paiements reçus sur les points de vente de l'hôtel (espèces, devises étrangères, chèques, cartes de crédit, tickets restaurant…).
  • Réconcilier les cartes de crédits au quotidien, faire le suivi des dossiers de contestation et des impayés auprès de la banque.
  • Contrôler les rapports journaliers de la caisse automatique et s'assurer du respect des procédures par les différents services.
  • Contribuer à la clôture de fin de mois, bilan et compte de résultat.
  • Valider quotidiennement la comptabilisation du chiffre d'affaires et des statistiques.
  • Etablir et vérifier le « daily packet » : contrôler toutes les transactions de la veille, s'assurer du respect des procédures et de la remise des pièces justificatives aux déductions, rabais, offerts, réductions…,
  • Réconcilier des comptes bancaires d'exploitation.
  • Répondre aux demandes ponctuelles d'analyses.
  • Contrôler la cohérence des coûts par point de vente, communiquer avec les Chefs de Service pour mettre en place les actions nécessaires.
  • Contribuer à la clôture de fin de mois, bilan et compte de résultat.

La/le Gestionnaire Finance / Income Auditor sera également amené à gérer de façon polyvalente tous les pôles du service (comptabilité fournisseurs, comptabilité client…)

Elle/Il assiste ses responsables dans le traitement quotidien de leurs missions.

Elle/Il participe aux tâches quotidiennes du département tout en s'assurant de l'amélioration des procédures, dans le respect des standards et de la législation du travail.

Elle/Il est polyvalent et a la charge de toutes autres tâches ou responsabilités déléguées par le Directeur Administratif et Financier, son Adjoint ou par le Directeur Général.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Un diplôme de niveau Bac +2 minimum dans une discipline comptable et financière avec une expérience de 2 ans minimum en comptabilité en Hôtellerie.
  • Connaissance du logiciel PeopleSoft souhaitée.
  • Avoir le sens des responsabilités et le respect inconditionnel de la confidentialité des informations.
  • Anglais professionnel impératif.
