We are seeking a committed
IT Buyer
to work in La Defense, in a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Job Description
Within the "Purchasing" department of RPG / Business Support, we are looking for a Buyer to cover the management's purchases. These purchases correspond to:

  • IT: purchase of IT licenses, purchase of IT support services.
  • External service: purchase of external service providers.
  • Provision of various services (purchase of data, etc.).

Purchases in this area are currently managed by the business directly. It is therefore a question of mapping the list of purchases, existing contracts, evaluating these existing contracts with regard to the company's standard contracts and their competitiveness, proposing an action plan and launching the necessary calls for tenders and identified contractualizations.

Responsibilities
The RPG/Business Support buyer will be in charge of operational purchases for a perimeter:

  • List of contracts.
  • Analysis of existing contracts.
  • Analysis and benchmarking of prices in place.
  • Purchasing roadmap proposal.
  • Preparation of calls for tenders (including contractual part).
  • Completion of calls for tenders.
  • Preparation and presentation of the selection files.
  • Contract contracting.
  • Expected deliverables.

The RPG/Business Support Buyer will be required to provide the following deliverables on the subjects for which it is responsible:

  • The up-to-date list of all the entity's contracts and commitments.
  • Preparation of the consultation package: contract, price and financial conditions, price list.
  • Interactions.

The RPG/Business Support buyer will work closely with:

  • The business teams.
  • The management's legal teams.

Skills Required:

  • Education and Level of Experience: Business School or Engineering Bac + 5 profile with a minimum of 5 years of experience (excluding internships and work-study programs).
  • Areas of Experience: Experience in operational procurement of service delivery.

"Business" Skills:

  • Purchasing process.
  • Preparation of calls for tenders (preparation of price lists, preparation of commercial annexes).
  • Conduct calls for tenders (use of the ARIBA consultation tool, organization of different tours, etc.).
  • Contract preparation Contract drafting: good level required in contractual terms

Language Proficiency:

  • Written/oral English (for operational use).

Behavioral Skills:

  • Structured and organized.
  • Rigorous and Reliable.
  • Autonomous.
  • Integrated .
  • Start of the service.
