Mission

Nexpublica accélère sa transformation vers des modèles SaaS, avec des enjeux clés en structuration financière, pilotage de la performance et accompagnement des Business Units. Rattaché à la direction financière, aux côtés du directeur Controlling & FP&A, nous recherchons un profil capable d'agir en véritable business partner, dans un environnement à la fois complexe et en forte croissance.

Le rôle de Financial Controller est central pour éclairer la prise de décision stratégique et financière :

  • Pilotage et reporting Financier : Vous serez l'interlocuteur clé dans la tenue et l'élaboration des reportings mensuels, forecasts et business plan, en relation direct avec les équipes de direction et les opérationnels.

  • Analyse de la rentabilité et opérationnalisation : Analyse des dynamiques dans un environnement de métriques SaaS (MRR/ARR, CARR, etc), identification des leviers d'amélioration de la marge et de leur mise en action.

  • Projets transverses : vous participerez aux projets stratégiques de l'entreprise, de façon polyvalente selon les priorités et enjeux courts, moyens et longs termes.

Profile

  • Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, EM Lyon), avec une formation préalable en classe préparatoire (CPGE), vous disposez d'une solide base académique en finance, gestion et stratégie.

  • Expérience confirmée de 3 ans minimum, en conseil ou contrôle de gestion, idéalement dans un environnement SaaS, logiciel ou tech. Vous êtes à l'aise avec les environnements digitaux et data driven, ce qui vous permet d'évoluer dans des contextes de transformation et d'innovation.

  • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, rigueur et sens des responsabilités avec aisance relationnelle pour travailler en transverse avec les équipes métiers et de direction.
