Product Manager

Join us as a Product Manager and help define the core systems that power the foundation of our mobile apps. You'll work hand-in-hand with engineering to build, refine, and optimize four of our most critical user-facing systems: verification, friending suggestions, search, and fraud prevention.

This is a high-impact role where you'll build essential blocks of our social experience. We're looking for someone who's both strategic and hands-on, and who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment where we work in days, not weeks.

Verification

Own and continuously improve our user-verification system, ensuring it scales with trust and performance in mind. You'll shape end-to-end verification logic, fight fraud, optimise SMS efficiency, and safeguard user perception and safety.

Suggestions / Friending

Lead the development and optimisation of our friending-suggestion system, helping users connect and form meaningful relationships. You'll blend behavioural insight and algorithm design to spark connections that matter.

Search Experience

Evolve our search so discovery feels intuitive, fast, and delightful. You'll experiment with ranking algorithms, intent understanding, LLMs, and performance tuning to keep results relevant and lightning-quick.

Fraud Prevention

Proactively identify emerging fraud and implement solutions that protect users across verification, suggestions, and search. Collaborate with engineering and trust & safety to design scalable anti-spam, anti-abuse, and anomaly-detection measures, keeping bad actors out while ensuring a seamless experience for genuine users.

• A data-driven decision-maker who uses metrics to validate hypotheses, prioritise work, and define success.
• Domain expertise in systems like verification, matching/suggestions, search, or fraud prevention, or similarly complex, data-rich features.
• Structured and detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results at high velocity.
• Exceptional communicator with a talent for aligning cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.).
• Startup-honed execution: you get things done fast and iterate constantly.
• A pragmatic problem-solver who knows when to simplify and when to go deep.
• Comfortable diving into dashboards and translating insights into product impact.
• Clear and concise in both writing and speech, able to make complex systems simple.
• A strong sense of ownership, and pride in building things that just work.

To ensure that everyone is set up for success within our way of working, we work together onsite 5 days a week.

We wanted to make sure coming to the office was as comfortable as possible for you:

• We chose a location in central Paris, near Opera (Metro lines 3,8,9 and RER A).
• We have a beautiful Parisian-style office with high ceilings, balconies, and huge windows. So a lot of natural light

Because life outside of work should also be stress-free, we cover:
