Managing, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, évaluation et accompagnement RH accompagne son client SPADEL, un acteur incontournable des boissons naturelles. SPADEL lance Zyla, une nouvelle marque innovante et 100 % naturelle en France. Pour l'accompagner dans ce lancement, nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) d'Affaires Out Of Home motivé(e) - H/F.

Poste

Rattaché(e) au Business Developer, vous développez un portefeuille clients et booster la visibilité de cette nouvelle gamme.

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • prospection commerciale : identifier et conquérir de nouveaux clients (restauration rapide, boulangeries-pâtisseries, restauration d'entreprise, clubs de sport, frigos connectés) ;
  • développement et fidélisation : construire des relations solides et assurer un suivi régulier ;
  • négociation et partenariats : maximiser la disponibilité des produits Zyla et représenter la marque lors d'événements et salons ;
  • collaboration interne : travailler avec les équipes Spadel et votre manager pour atteindre les objectifs ;
  • gestion budgétaire et reporting : piloter votre budget, suivre vos contrats et effectuer un reporting quotidien via CRM.

Profil

Titulaire d'un Bac+3 ou avec une expérience équivalente en vente, vous connaissez le marché Out Of Home, une expérience commerciale dans ce domaine est un atout supplémentaire.

Doté(e) d'un esprit chasseur(se) et orienté(e) résultats, vous êtes autonome et proactif(ve).

Vous maîtrisez MS Office et CRM (type C4C). Vous parlez couramment français et avez de bonnes connaissances en anglais (niveau B1 minimum). Permis B obligatoire.
