Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Support specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our logistics processes, providing essential support to our distribution and fulfillment networks.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates and resolving any discrepancies or delays.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (warehousing, transportation, customer service) and external partners (carriers, vendors) to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of logistics documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics data within our internal systems.
• Identify and escalate operational issues, contributing to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Support the optimization of logistics routes and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Generate regular reports on logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with data entry and analysis related to logistics operations.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics matters.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations support role, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Familiarity with logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work with a commitment to continuous improvement.
