Where will you be in the organization?
The division
The department / team
CyberDefense organization has been created in 2018. The aim is to execute the strategy defined by Group Security and deliver Cyber products to the AXA entities.

The Product & Services department is responsible for creating and updating the product roadmap, managing the operations of the security products, in addition to enhancing product capabilities to meet entity requirements.

About The Job
Main missions
Your Responsibilities Include
Product delivery

• Drive the day to day delivery with the help of the managed service team
• Mitigate DDoS attacks based on Akamai technology (Saas)
• Act as expert for all subjects related to DDoS Protection
• Deliver the projects related to the DDoS product roadmap. Work with our partner (Akamai) to implement new security features (anti Bot, caching,...)
• Work with entities to enhance the existing DDoS Protection solution and WAF ptoduct based on Akamai technology
• Work with the security technology teams and Chapters to ensure maximum risk reduction is obtained from existing security solutions
• Work with AXA Group Procurement to manage the relationship with key security vendors

Roadmap

• Create, own and maintain the tactical roadmap in alignment with Product Forum decisions
• Work with the Technology Lead to ensure consistency between the tactical roadmap and the strategic roadmap
• Align with and manage the vendor relationship in order to receive inputs on the next releases. Estimate the potential impact on the current product delivered to the entities. Communicate/explain the tactical roadmap on a regular basis to the entities
• Drive the day to day delivery of the tactical product roadmap

Expected Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

5 year experience in IT and security
