Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You join the IT Global Banking, Clients & Credit Risk (GBCR) hub as Director or Finance Program Manager and you are in charge of the transformation program of the processing of financing operations from the front to the synthesis systems, as well as their deployment internationally.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

  • Manage the proper execution of the transformation program;
  • Anticipate risks, propose solutions and remediation plans;
  • Supervise all the program players;
    Ensure the implementation of the change management plan in conjunction with the operational teams.

Our work methodology is agile and you are integrated into our program manager community.

The position is based in Paris and with us it's 10 days of telecommuting per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services like catering, gym or corporate concierge. Our remunerations are composed of a fixed, an annual bonus, and a corporate savings scheme including profit-sharing, participation and matching.

With a higher education in computer science, you have significant experience leading IT projects within a financial institution.

You master:

  • The challenges of financing activities;
  • Team management (lead, unite, manage the achievement of objectives);
  • The management of large-scale IT projects.

You are:

  • Recognized for your leadership;
  • Determined and enthusiastic;
  • Diplomat and you are endowed with excellent interpersonal skills.

You master English with a C1 level.
