Parfums Christian Dior is deploying an ambitious acceleration strategy on client centricity, data activation and AI as optimization lever. One of the key factors in the success of this strategy is the ability to make the most of available data to seamlessly operate scalable, precision-driven, and hyper-targeted initiatives.
The ambition, made possible by the reinforcement of data capabilities at regional level, is to:
- Further leverage customer data to drive informed business decisions for CRM, E-business and Media teams and to contribute to enhance brand performance, optimizing customer experience and driving growth;
- Support the region & markets to launch data-driven initiatives beyond client activations, and tap into productivity & efficiency efforts thanks to AI technology;
- Bring the markets in the region to adopt more and more mature usages of data, strengthening the collaboration with global teams and the LVMH Data Community to instill data culture within the company.
To achieve this ambition, the Europe Data Office is looking for a Data & AI Project Manager .
Job responsibilitiesReporting to the Europe Data & AI Manager, you will be a key contributor in the Europe region on data acceleration for Parfums Christian Dior. You main missions will be notably to:
Lead Client & E-commerce use cases :
- Define data use case yearly strategy based on Europe Data Office priorities and HQ Data team projections & capabilities;
- Contribute to framing data use cases across functions (media, CRM, e-com, customer service, etc.);
- Monitor the deployment of use cases, coordinate stakeholders (i.e., HQ Data teams, local markets, Beauty Tech, etc.), follow up data products delivery, ensure deadlines are met;
- Analyze use case performance & KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to improve/optimize data products;
- Carry out ad hoc analysis at regional & local level, to extract key learnings and identify new data-driven business opportunities;
Craft and present onboarding & reporting documentation (workflow instruction, onboarding kit for Beauty Consultants, performance report, etc.).
Support Europe innovative data & AI projects:
- Participate to the design, pilot and roll-out phases of large-scale projects initiated by the Europe Data Office;
- Collaborate with technical teams (Data Engineers, Data Scientists) to implement reliable and scalable data solutions;
- Carry out technical execution on certain projects according to your technical skills (e.g., creating dashboards and advanced reports in Power BI, manipulating and analyzing data using SQL, using Python for advanced analysis, automation, or AI POCs);
Contribute to workshop preparation and market implementation.
Raise awareness and excitement around data & AI:
- Valorize Europe data & AI initiatives by communicating insights and results among Parfums Christian Dior and LVMH communities;
- Develop formats to bring data acculturation, to encourage data-driven mindset, and to ensure adoption of regional & global tools across Europe teams & markets.
- Master's degree graduate from Engineering, Business school or university, preferably with a specialization in data, computer science, or similar fields;
- 3-5 years' experience as consultant, project manager, product owner, data analyst in an international organization, preferably in the beauty, luxury or tech industry;
- Experience in CRM, Marketing or E-commerce is highly appreciated;
- Technical skills: proficiency in Power BI and SQL; knowledge of Python and experience with BigQuery would be a plus;
- Ability to work independently, with solid project management skills (framing, analytical rigor, problem-solving, etc.) in a complex & fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal & written;
- Attention to detail, curious and with a passion for data-powered initiatives;
- Full proficiency in English (working language), French preferred.
