The Role

We are looking for a high-caliber Project Manager / Pre-Sales professional to join our team. This is a unique "pivot" role where you will sit at the intersection of technology, finance, and business development. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of client engagement, ensuring that our technological capabilities perfectly align with our clients' commercial objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Hybrid Project Leadership: Oversee projects from both a technical and commercial perspective, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Technical Advisory: Deeply understand our clients' technical and technological challenges to provide expert guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Solution Design: Partner with the sales team during the pre-sales phase to architect bespoke solutions that address specific client needs.
  • Growth & Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities for service expansion and propose value-added "upsells" to existing clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients while coordinating internally with our engineering and data science teams.

Required Profile

  • Education: Graduate from a Group A Engineering School (e.g., Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Mines Paris, etc.).
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience within the financial sector (FinTech, Asset Management, or Investment Banking).
  • Technical Fluency: A strong grasp of financial technologies, quantitative methods, and software development lifecycles.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value and drive revenue growth through strategic proposals.
  • Languages: Native or fluent English is mandatory; professional proficiency in French is required.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
