The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Project Manager with a dual focus on Pre-Sales Engineering and Technical Delivery. This is a strategic role designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. You will be the primary functional expert during the sales cycle and the lead orchestrator of client implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Strategy: Partner with the Sales team to lead technical discovery sessions, conduct high-level product demonstrations, and design bespoke solutions that align with prospect requirements.
- Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Technical Liaison: Translate complex client business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for our Engineering and Product teams.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the internal authority on financial instruments and market workflows, ensuring our platform's configuration reflects industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders at Tier-1 financial institutions, navigating complex organizational structures to ensure project success.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Academic Excellence: Master's degree from a Top-Tier Business School or Engineering school with a strong finance specialization.
- Professional Background: Minimum of 5 years of experience within Investment Banking, Asset Management, or a specialized Fintech environment.
- Domain Expertise: Comprehensive, "perfect" knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Structured Products) and portfolio construction methodologies.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Bridging the Gap: Proven ability to communicate effectively with both quantitative developers and non-technical business executives.
- Project Rigor: Mastery of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to command a room during high-stakes technical pitches.
- Language: Fluency in English/French is mandatory.
