For best results, use Google Chrome to view this page.Au sein de la direction commerciale de Brown Forman, vous serez rattaché(e) au Key Account Manager Off-Trade. Vous accompagnerez quotidiennement le Directeur d'Enseignes (DE) et les Junior KAM sur différents dossiers.Vous serez également amené(e) à travailler transversalement avec une multitude d'interlocuteurs au quotidien (marketing, trade marketing, force de vente, achats et logisticiens).
Vous serez notamment amené(e) à participer aux missions suivantes:
Assurer la gestion complète des dossiers commerciaux établis par les DE et les suivent tout au long de leur application.
Suivre les remontées de commandes soumises aux quotas
Établir et suivre les tableaux de bord commerciaux (NIP, COOP, Nielsen, EGALIM…).
Réaliser le suivi des données promotionnelles (appels d'offres, fiches logistiques et tarifaires, information de la force de vente…).
Gérer les échantillons.
Assurer la déclaration mensuelle des Chiffres d'Affaires par client (Intranet client, mail)
Collaborer avec les services achats des différentes enseignes de la GMS et assurer l'interface opérationnelle avec les différents services en interne.
Répondre ponctuellement aux demandes spécifiques de la Direction Commerciale
Assurer le suivi RGM par clients en collaboration avec les DE et les CM
Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive, les éléments ci-dessus pourront être amenés à être modifiés selon les besoins de l'employeur.
Expérience et formation requises
Formation : Études supérieures (Licence ou équivalent)
Expérience : Minimum 3/4 ans d'expérience
Compétences du poste :
Maîtrise avancée du pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Maîtrise des tableaux croisés dynamiques
Anglais courant
