As our Growth Inbound Specialist, you will design the next generation of inbound growth; combining creativity, data, and AI to accelerate all inbound flows and unlock new growth opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Design and execute Skello's inbound strategy across all markets (France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland)
  • Build a scalable acquisition system combining SEO, content, automation, and conversion optimization
  • Leverage AI and LLMs (yes, deeply, not just for prompts) to multiply content output, speed, and personalization
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Looker to operate at a new level of productivity
  • Lead a data-driven content strategy: reports, landing pages, videos, calculators, and experiments
  • Define and own your KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, MRR, CPL, and make them grow, fast
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure alignment from awareness to revenue

What We Are Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in inbound marketing or growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment
  • Proven expertise in SEO, lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation (HubSpot mastery expected)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion funnels and attribution
  • A creative yet ROI-driven marketer who knows how to balance storytelling and performance
  • You use AI deeply in your work, not as a toy, but as a productivity lever
  • You know and use tools to structure, scale, and optimize workflows
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where ownership and initiative are key
  • Fluent in French and in English (Italian or Spanish is a plus)
  • If you haven't integrated LLMs into your marketing practice, or if you don't know what Lovable is, this role is not for you
