Director, Real World Evidence - Oncology

Shape the future of oncology treatments with long-term investment backing and full control over RWE strategy.

You'll lead high-impact evidence generation with the freedom to focus on long-term patient outcomes. With full ownership of the oncology RWE roadmap, you'll influence global product development, regulatory and market access decisions.

Enjoy a flexible hybrid setup that adapts to your needs, while maintaining a strong presence in the Paris office where you'll lead a key team and shape high-level strategy.

What You'll Do
You'll develop and lead the RWE strategy for the Oncology product portfolio, ensuring it supports drug development, regulatory submissions and market access. You'll manage a team of Global RWE Project Leads, mentoring them and overseeing high-quality study designs and data generation plans.

Working closely with internal and external partners, you'll define innovative study methodologies and maintain continuous epidemiological and regulatory monitoring to keep your work relevant and impactful.

What You'll Need

  • Physician or Pharmacist with Specialization in pharmacoepidemiology, or a PhD in epidemiology
  • At least 10 years' experience in a similar role in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing teams
