Job Description
As part of L'agence Mantu, you will join the Event Management team dedicated to organizing impactful corporate events and supporting the seamless execution of projects within a dynamic and creative environment.

Your missions:

  • Assist in venue sourcing and vendor coordination (technical, logistics, video, photo, team-building, etc.)
  • Support the setup of digital event platforms and interactivity tools
  • Assist in designing event materials such as brochures, invitations, and banners
  • Participate in the preparation of client committee meetings and commercial recommendations
  • Monitor project progress and ensure coordination with creative and multimedia teams
  • Manage logistical aspects on event days, ensuring smooth execution
  • Contribute to budget tracking and reporting
  • Assist in intern and apprentice supervision as needed

Your profile:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in event management, corporate events, or related projects is a plus
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity
