Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Commune de la Rochebeaucourt-et-Argentine for a Commission Sales Associate. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle of French property transactions, from identifying client needs to closing deals. The role involves property sourcing, client relationship management, conducting property viewings, and negotiations. You will leverage your expertise to guide international clients through the purchasing process while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of French real estate industry, in depth of knowledge of whats on offer from competing Agencies in the International an luxury second home market.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken languages; proficiency in French and additional languages is a plus.
  • Organizational and time-management ability.
  • Motivate and build team .
  • Understanding of the French property market, with knowledge of local regulations and procedures being advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service or real estate; prior on-site real estate sales experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a diverse, multilingual team.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Enthusiasm for the real estate industry and a results-driven attitude.
