Your team:As part of the cross-functional Dovecot team at Open-Xchange, you will work at the intersection of engineering, professional services, and customer-facing teams. You will support Dovecot customers and internal stakeholders by sharing deep product expertise, enabling scalable deployments, and contributing to value-added initiatives that improve customer experience, product adoption, and operational efficiency.
Your new job:Act as a senior technical expert for Dovecot, supporting customers and internal teams.Enable customers and partners through technical training, guidance, and best practices.Support Professional Services, Customer Success, and presales activities, including POCs and architecture reviews.Serve as a technical escalation point for enterprise and SLA customers.Collaborate with product and engineering teams on tooling, prototyping, and documentation.Identify recurring challenges and help turn solutions into reusable assets.This is the tech stack you'll be working with:Operating system: LinuxMail systems: DovecotScripting & automation: Python, BashDatabases: MySQLContainerization & platforms: Kubernetes (knowledge is a plus)Monitoring & operations: Log analysis, performance tuningApplication landscape: OX App Suite (familiarity is a plus)
