About BYD France
BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
The employee will be mainly responsible for back-office work and coordinate various business requests for French market. You will work closely with the sales and network team and other France NSC teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and ensure accurate documentation and information flow.
- Support procurement activities, including submission, supplier communication, and delivery follow-up.
- Monitor and assist with project-related processes such as approvals, contract flow, and compliance checks.
- Provide administrative and hospitality support, including meeting arrangements, visitor reception, and documentation management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sales support or administrative roles
- Excellent French and English Skill. Chinese will be mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
