Ton rôle


En tant que Content Manager, vous êtes le garant de la visibilité et de l'image de Net&Connect. Vous concevez et produisez des contenus engageants, valorisez nos événements et contribuez activement à développer notre présence sur les réseaux sociaux.

Tes missions principales

Production et création de contenus

  • Organisation et réalisation des shootings joueurs, aftermovies et reels lors des événements
  • Prises de vues photo et vidéo des moments clés
  • Création de visuels et supports (affiches, kakemonos, slides)

Communication digitale

Animation et gestion des réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)

Gestion et développement du personal branding :

Instagram Lucaslopez1_ /netandconnect

Montage vidéo et motion design de courts formats longs

Rédaction et planification des posts

Stratégie et créativité

Veille active des tendances sur Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube et TikTok

Création de concepts différenciant pour renforcer notre image premium et innovante

Propositions d'idées et rédaction des scripts vidéo

Profil recherché

Expérience

  • Alternance (4 jours / 1 jour OU 3 semaines/1 semaine) ou stage (6mois)
  • Si Alternant ou stagiaire : Avoir déjà une ou plusieurs expériences ou projets significatifs

Compétences clés

Appétence forte pour le sport et le padel

Excellent relationnel et sens du collectif

Culture du feedback et curiosité naturelle

Créativité et esprit d'initiative

Capacité à produire vite et bien, avec exigence

Hard Skills

  • Maîtrise du montage vidéo (Premiere Pro, Final Cut ou équivalent)
  • Photographie et captation vidéo professionnelle
  • Motion design (After Effects ou équivalent)
  • Maîtrise des outils de création visuelle (Photoshop, Illustrator ou équivalent)
  • Autonomie complète sur la gestion de projets contenus
