About the Team

The Revenue Office is at the forefront of Wakam's European growth strategy. Our mission is to expand our presence across Europe by forging high-impact partnerships with MGAs, brokers, fintechs, insurtechs, retailers, and marketplaces. We operate in 32 countries, and our commercial team reflects that diversity — agile, collaborative, and driven by performance and local market insight.

Your Mission

As an Account Manager, your mission is to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring strong and profitable long-term relationships with our distribution partners. You'll act as the central point of contact for internal coordination, commercial performance, and partner satisfaction.

You will:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partners (brokers, MGAs, insurtechs, fintechs, retailers, and marketplaces)

  • Ensure operational coordination with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Pricing, Delivery, Compliance, Legal)

  • Be a key user of Wakam's internal tools (MyWakam, CRM, AI agents)

  • Identify and develop upselling, cross-selling, and product extension opportunities

  • Monitor account profitability and technical performance, working closely with Finance and Underwriting

  • Represent Wakam in client meetings, steering committees, and industry events

 What You Bring
  • A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Insurance, or related field

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the insurance sector

  • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Advanced use of CRM and digital tools, with a data-driven mindset

  • Mandatory fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
