Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Paris. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building relationships with clients and architects, and identifying sales opportunities. The role requires managing customer accounts, preparing proposals and pricing, and collaborating with the team to deliver tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include market research, attending industry events, and monitoring sales performance to suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and account management.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in the luxury goods, design, or architectural industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify trends and sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team to achieve objectives.
  • Fluency in English and French is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
