Performance & Operations manager

Our client is an international company entering a new phase of growth and transformation.
You will oversee the performance and operations of several business units within the Paris region.
You will take an active role in managing business units P&L, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction, coaching and mentoring sales teams and leading operations.
Working closely with senior management, you will take an active role in shaping operations, supporting business development, and ensuring that both operations & sales teams deliver on key objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for your business units
- Manage P&L and support growth
- Lead, coach, and empower your sales & operations teams to achieve shared goals.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and help translate business plans into action for each BU's in your area.
Profile:
- Solid experience in managing operations, P&L and commercial performance ideally gained in multi-site organisations (hospitality, B2B services,franchise-driven organisations).
- Fluent in French and English
- A natural leader with an hands-on approach.
