Role Overview

Location: Paris, France

Reporting to: Head of Enterprise Sales, Europe

NETGEAR is seeking an experienced, dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Director to lead its Enterprise sales operations across Southern Europe (France, Italy, Iberia).

NETGEAR is driving a significant evolution of its go-to-market model, and this position will play a significant role as we embark on the next chapter of the European journey. NETGEAR Enterprise Networking business will rely on recruiting the next generation of partners, while NETGEAR AV leadership will depend on accelerating existing partnerships and further expanding into the Broadcast market.

This critical leadership role blends strategic oversight with the cultivation of a high-performance sales culture, driving sustainable revenue growth while navigating ongoing transitions within the sales organization. The Regional Sales Director will be instrumental in shaping and executing regional sales strategies, fostering team excellence, delivering consistent business results through a strong leadership alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the sales organization with a focus on high performance, customer-centric engagement with execution excellence, provide strong leadership to empower and inspire the sales team.

  • Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, helping the team prioritize efficiently the strategic customers development.

  • Drive NETGEAR go-to-market model evolution ensuring clear communication, alignment on sales growth transition.

  • Forecasting and reporting sales metrics of the South European commercial business by channels and project pipeline, monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor environment to identify new opportunities and drive growth.

  • Recruit and develop new partner relationships to drive NETGEAR business with a focus on face-to-face customer engagement and relationship.

  • Partner with marketing, operations, finance and systems engineering, peers and stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experience to optimize sales results, sharing business insights, and insure effective functioning of sales teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.

  • Proven track record working in Enterprise sales operations across Southern Europe (France, Italy, Iberia).

  • Industry experience in IT/Technical is essential e.g. computer and network security.

  • Proven track record of 10+ years in sales leadership within a multinational or complex organizational environment, with articulated multi-level go to market model.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead sales transformations, transitions, or restructuring initiatives.

  • Strong experience in building and developing high-performance teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluency in English and French language is essential.

  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple European locations is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA qualification

  • Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish

Additional Requirements:

Travel will be required to approx. 50% of the time – from joint calls to partners, integrators and end customers, to generating awareness/preference/leads at trade shows, to drive integration of NETGEAR products as part of the channel partner's solution offering.
