Our Ruby Yani is located inside the Ruby Lilou Hotel in the heart of Marseille. Both our Ruby Lilou Hotel and our Ruby Yani Workspace are all about contrasts: lavender blue tranquillity meets bold street art, maritime serenity meets punk rebellion. Between the old harbour, the hustle and bustle of La Joliette and the winding streets of Le Panier, the cultural soul of Marseille is right on your doorstep.

We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. We also bring this into our workspaces with flexible and inspiring offices in a central location as well as high-level equipment.

  • spot and approach new clients across our Office, Meeting, and Events segments, turning leads into real opportunities
  • be the face of Ruby Works at industry events, networking meet-ups, and community gatherings
  • plan and execute sales campaigns hand in hand with Marketing, supporting pre-openings with smart mailings and follow-ups
  • own the full sales journey from first contact and tours to negotiations, contracts, and move-in
  • build, grow, and negotiate partnerships while nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • shape the local sales strategy through market insights, cross- and upselling initiatives, and clear, consistent reporting

  • a true Love Seller at heart
  • solid experience in a similar role (or a comparable degree) and ready to hit the ground running
  • a natural people person with a warm vibe and a professional edge
  • always happy to be on the move, meeting new faces and building fresh connections
  • a genuine team player who adds to a positive, collaborative vibe
  • keeping structure in the chaos of databases and leads
  • work independently and responsibly and confident in using the current MS Office programs
  • fluent in French and English
