GUCCI MAKE-UP PRODUCT MANAGER ASSISTANT (EYES, LIPS & COLLECTION)
6-month internship starting from January 2026
Responsabilities
As our GUCCI MAKE-UP PRODUCT MANAGER you join the GUCCI MAKEUP GLOBAL MARKETING TEAM and your main focus is to assist the Product Managers in the new product development and 360 launch activations.

Your main focus will be:

ANALYSIS

  • Produce analysis on trends, insights, markets feedback, product mix of competitors
  • Create reports on market shares, sales, rankings

NEW PRODUCT DEV

  • Support in writing concepts in line with products benefits, brand image and positioning
  • Support the product manager on packaging design and formula development working closely with R&D formula and packaging team
  • Ensure coordination with agencies & suppliers (artworks, renders, etc.)
  • Help on the price positioning definition with regards to the cost and ROI

360 SUPPORT

  • Support the product manager in creating a successful 360 strategy accross all consumers touchpoints
  • Follow up the development of the communication tools working closely with digital, merchandising, PR and training teams

You will be part of the Gucci Makeup Global Marketing team which consists of the Product Manager Assistants (interns), the Product Managers, the Marketing Managers, and the Marketing Director. You will work closely together with several departments such as R&D, Finance, Trade, Merchandising, Digital, … All your colleagues are part a of "Gucci Gang" within Coty, and team work is at the core of the Gucci Beauty values.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like the world of beauty and are passionate about makeup. You already have a first experience in marketing ideally in Beauty, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you have the following skills:

  • Planning, proactivity, facilitation, creativity, problem analysis and problem solving
  • Work-flow structuring, monitoring, product knowledge, account administration, automated office systems, multi-tasking, analytical, quantitative, organizational, detail-oriented, time management
