Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media platforms in French.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with community guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Engage with the community by responding to user inquiries, comments, and posts in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with the social media and content teams to ensure content is aligned with company branding and messaging.
  • Provide feedback on trends, issues, and community concerns to improve content and engagement strategies.
  • Perform regular audits and reporting on social media activity and content moderation performance.
  • Foster a positive online environment by promoting healthy community interactions and ensuring content adheres to guidelines.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure consistent quality across all social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, content moderation practices, and emerging digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in social media moderation, content management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage users in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive content and situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing content trends and platform guidelines.
  • Willingness to relocate to Portugal if not already based there.
