What You'll Do:
  • Moderate and review user-generated content (texts, images, videos) in French, ensuring it complies with our community guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Spot and eliminate harmful content like hate speech, abusive behavior, explicit material, and spam to ensure a positive online environment.
  • Deliver clear and consistent moderation decisions that protect the integrity of our platform and uphold our values.
  • Collaborate with teams across the globe to resolve complex content issues and continuously improve our policies and processes.
  • Stay up to date with the latest online trends and challenges in digital content moderation.
  • Work towards achieving efficiency and quality, ensuring KPIs are met without compromising on the safety of the community.
What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Proficiency in English (for team communication and training).
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or community management is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make quick, fair, and consistent decisions.
  • Self-driven with strong organizational skills—you can handle tasks with ease, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of online safety, community standards, and the digital security landscape.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a true passion for fostering a safe, inclusive online space.
