Responsibilities
Sales KPI Planning & Analysis& Management & Tracking
Assist in planning the annual sales KPIs for the France office at the beginning of the year, working in conjunction with the Headquarter KPI Specialist to establish realistic company objectives.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups on KPI execution, presenting real-time progress status.
- Organize analysis to identify root causes and gaps whenever targets are not met.
Consolidate annual KPI performance results at year-end and report findings to relevant leadership.
Office Culture & Engagement
Actively contribute to fostering a positive organizational culture within the office.
Assist the General Manager in planning and organizing various team-building activities to boost morale and cultivate a warm, collaborative, and harmonious work atmosphere.
Budget Monitoring
Track budget utilization for OCB members on a monthly basis.
General Office & Administrative Management
Provide translation services for various documents as required by the Director.
- Oversee daily office operations, including mail handling, relationship management with landlords/property management/electricity providers, and vehicle management.
- Ensure smooth execution of routine office procurement.
- Coordinate office-related activities such as meetings, conference calls, and business travel arrangements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the local team and employees traveling to France or other EU countries.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business Management, Law or related fields.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and intercultural communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; proactive and reliable.
- Fluency in French and Chinese; strong English communication skills.
- Better to have a prior experience as an sales business Assistant, ideally in an international environment.
- Discreet, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility.
- Be comfortable to work in Paris Office.
