My client, a very young AI start -up (8 people) in full expansion and backed by Y Combinator, has been developing a solution that, for several months now, has been widely acclaimed by its customers' sales teams. Recent months have brought solid commercial results, the growth potential is therefore highly promising, and the company now needs to recruit an Account Strategist (M/F). The main mission of this experienced professional will be to manage an existing customer portfolio and build long -term, trust -based relationships. Contract details Permanent contract Location : Paris 2Remuneration package : 50k€ basic + 50k€ bonus OTE, uncapped + equity ResponsibilitiesReporting to one of the three co -founders, you will deliver top -quality support to an existing client portfolio—essentially acting as a coach/Customer Success Manager.Support a pool of clients as they master the tool.Provide your expertise in prospecting, growth, and market trends.Share a clear strategic vision to help them optimise their results.Identify upsell opportunities.Work closely with the product team, relaying customer feedback.Analyse and track your performance indicators. Profil Minimum 5 years' experience selling B2B SaaS solutionsEntrepreneurial mindset to immerse yourself fully in this new ventureHunter temperament, skilled at persuading and converting prospectsAbility to engage with C -level / senior stakeholdersStrong grasp of commercial challenges and client expectationsExcellent coaching skills and strategic visionFluent / near -native English (used daily), with proven sales success in international markets
