As an Account Executive (SMB), you will be responsible for the full acquisition cycle, from generating and qualifying to closing new SMB opportunities. [cite_start]You will join a dynamic team focused on executing structured outbound prospection and managing mid-complexity negotiations to secure new clients. [cite_start]Reporting to the Head of SMB Sales, your role is essential in driving predictable new logo growth and ensuring strong collaboration with our cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Key responsibilities
- Run targeted outbound prospecting and attend events to identify key stakeholders within SMB accounts.
- Conduct first-discovery and qualification meetings using the MEDDIC methodology and document all insights accurately in the CRM.
- Support opportunity shaping by gathering inputs, preparing use cases, and assisting in client pilot preparations.
- Manage mid-complexity Master Service Agreement (MSA) negotiations and prepare standard contract workflows.
- Coordinate with Customer Admin and Account Management teams to ensure smooth execution of first projects and a clean account handover.
- Lead RFI/RFP responses by providing timely inputs for assigned sections in coordination with expert teams.
- Maintain high pipeline hygiene and update MEDDIC fields regularly to provide reliable sales forecasting.

- Be resilient : Mid-market companies go through frequent ups and downs. You'll have many wins and many losses all the time and should not be afraid of starting from scratch again. Mid market companies always require a strong prospection push, even with our closest clients
- High-level education, ideally in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development (ideally 2+ years), with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
- Native level in French and strong English proficiency to navigate our international European context.
- Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC and value-based selling.
- Proactive mindset with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage mid-complexity business arguments.
- Excellent formal communication and presentation skills in order to organize and lead C-level meetings
- Knowledge of the tech ecosystems and professions is a real asset

- Interview with Jean-Charles Shadili, your manager, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60min)
- Business case in order to assess your technical sales skills and pitch delivery (60min)
- Lastly, you will meet Adrian, to better understand our global vision. (30min)
