At Coty we are looking for ambitious Procurement Interns with a hands-on mentality.

As a Procurement Intern you will be working with our Indirect Procurement teams based in our Headquarters office in Paris covering France, Spain, Italy. This internship will be per January 2026 to end of June 2026.

About Indirect Procurement
Reporting to our Senior Procurement Manager A&CP (
Cross division) and collaborating with a diverse teams and backgrounds.

The teams identify improvements/projects and roll these out to provide added value, service, and necessary funds to reinvestment back to the business to drive top line of our beautiful brands.

It is a great opportunity to support and manage an end- to - end project and learn procurement skills

• Support Specialist – Marketing, Media, Retail, Advocacy
• Data Collection, Compilation, and Analysis:
• Conduct mapping of usage and expenditure by markets.
• Ensure compliance of suppliers and contracts.
• Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis.
• Participation in Tender Process
• Assist in drafting specifications for tender documents.
• Send consultation files to suppliers.
• Analyse offers and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the contractual process.
• Support and Energize Environmental and Social Engagement:
• Provide support for environmental and social initiatives.
• Foster engagement in environmental and social responsibilities.

General Responsibilities

• Analyse categories spend data, summarize key findings, and make recommendations to Category Management Team.
• Supporting strategic and operating objectives for the sourcing & procurement function, ensuring maximization of the capabilities to execute sourcing & procurement strategies and solutions
• Manage owned Project with local stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for supplier compliance for Category Management Team.
• Collaborate with Category Managers on Sourcing and Category Strategies
• Participate in supplier Business Reviews
• Drive decision making through analysis.
• Participation into relevant internal and external meetings

Requirements

• Student (Master) or Bachelor degree
• Passion for beauty and our brands, strong affinity with dynamic environment
• Analytical, knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong personal character and ethics, proactive, agile, and hands-on
• Passion to solve problems and a drive for result
• Good administrative & communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Quick learner and motivated to cultivate technical, business and commercial skills by applying their knowledge within our company's environment.
• Fluent in English and French. Spanish and Italian is a plus

Period

• You will receive an internship allowance.
• The internship can be combined with a thesis.
• Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
