Faurecia Clean Mobility activity (FCM), one of our business group, is looking for an Intern – Legal Counsel for its Headquarters based in Nanterre (92).

World Leader in Emissions Reduction with its 20, 175 employees on 84 sites dedicated to Ultra Low  Emissions Solutions for Light & Commercial Vehicles and Industry and Zero Emission Hydrogen Solutions & Battery Packs and a strong contributor to the sales group.

The Legal Team dedicated to the Clean Mobility business group of the FORVIA Group implements strategy defined by top management, supports management and operational teams in all their domestic and international projects: negotiation and drafting of major industrial partnerships, management of mergers and acquisitions deals, negotiation and drafting of sales agreements with its customers (OEMs) and of purchase agreements with its suppliers, and litigation management. The legal team is taking part to the transformation of the Group Legal department through transversal projects, aiming at increasing awareness to legal environment and at training operational teams.

Your missions: 

- Helping FCM legal team to identify and monitor risks linked to projects;
- Interacting with the legal counsels of the group based in the regions;
- Review, analysis and drafting of commercial contracts and various legal documents;
- Various legal researches;
- Drafting of internal legal memos.

- Master Degree in Law / Dual Degree at Law 
- Previous experience in a Legal department or Law firm
- English is mandatory 
- Good skills for the Pack Office and legal research sites
- Good editorial skills, synthesis and rigor
- Dynamism and responsiveness
- Curiosity
