Your mission

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Rollout Manager in France who will drive the deployment of our charging stations with quality, speed, and operational excellence.

  • Responsible for the roll-out of IONITY High Power Charging stations in France, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
  • Scout, design, and define the layout of future IONITY charging stations.
  • Review and follow permit applications with local authorities and manage the HV grid connection process with the grid operator.
  • Manage suppliers and subcontractors for the planning and construction of charging stations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and legal requirements for installation projects, including contractor oversight.
  • Guarantee a high level of station quality, contributing to continuous improvement of our technical standards.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting to the Management Team on roll-out status, costs, and operational performance.
  • Deliver relevant technical reporting to internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement & Hardware) to support improvement of technical solutions and business models.
  • Act as the main contact for site partners and highway operators during the construction of IONITY stations.
  • Ensure extensions and improvements of existing sites.

Your profile

  • Qualified electrical engineer or civil works engineer with relevant experience.
  • Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering infrastructure or construction projects on time and on budget, including the ability to manage comprehensive site due diligence.
  • Experience working with private and public property owners, including approvals and coordination with grid operators and permitting authorities.
  • Target-oriented working style, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Driver's license.
  • Language skills: Fluent French and English required; additional languages welcome.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with the roll-out of e-mobility charging infrastructure within a specific country or market region.
  • Knowledge of solar panel infrastructure deployment and its technical requirements.
  • Ability to prepare and submit tender applications in both public and private settings.
  • Background in installing infrastructure on motorway networks and/or working with retail operations of oil & gas companies
