The Role:
You will be our first Brand Sales Manager for France. You will own the full brand sales motion end-to-end, from discovery to closing, and you will build the foundations of our revenue engine. As we scale, you will help shape the playbook and grow the team.
What you will do:
- Win and grow brand partnerships in France (priority categories: beauty, fashion, lifestyle, DTC, retail, marketplaces).
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing, and handover.
- Build and iterate a repeatable sales system: ICP definition, messaging, outreach sequences, objection handling, pricing approach, win and loss learnings.
- Work closely with the founder and marketing to convert inbound, generate outbound pipeline, and unlock partner channels.
- Keep pipeline and forecasting clean in the CRM, track KPIs, and improve conversion rates week over week.
- Bring structured market feedback to product, based on what brands ask for, what blocks deals, and what drives adoption.
What success looks like in 3 to 6 months:
- Consistent new brand wins and a predictable pipeline.
- A clear conversion funnel with measurable improvements each month.
- A repeatable outbound motion that can scale into a team.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in France
, ideally selling to e-commerce brands in MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, marketplaces, or the creator economy. - Strong understanding of how brands think about UGC, influencer marketing, affiliate, paid social, ROI, and performance constraints.
- Digital native and tech savvy, comfortable with CRM tools, sequencing, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Organized and reliable, you follow up, manage your pipeline tightly, and communicate clearly.
- Results-driven, you pursue opportunities with resilience and you care about closing.
- Analytical mindset, you use data to spot patterns and improve performance.
- A network in French e-commerce, MarTech, or AdTech is a strong plus (not mandatory).
- French native and fluent English required.
