Your Role (EN)
In direct collaboration with the CEO, you take ownership of Marso's strategic communication, board preparation, investor messaging, and cross-functional alignment, at a decisive moment for the company.
Your scope covers the
robot reveal
, the
execution of our first customer PoCs
, and the
preparation of our Series A
.
You structure the CEO Office and ensure that Marso's narrative, priorities, and external visibility are coherent, sharp, and impactful.
Your Missions
- Strategic Narrative & Communication: Build and maintain Marso's narrative; draft CEO communications (press, interviews, talks); ensure coherence across all public and internal messaging.
- Reveal & PR orchestration: Lead the planning, messaging, and execution of the robot reveal; coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Board preparation: Structure Board Packs, consolidate inputs, define the storyline and KPIs, and prepare the CEO.
- Investor communications: Draft investor updates; support fundraising materials; assist with due diligence; align messaging ahead of Series A.
- Strategic coordination: Maintain founder alignment cadence, track key priorities, run executive rituals, ensure clarity across strategic projects.
- Cross-functional projects: Lead or structure strategic initiatives (industrial milestones, partnerships, PoCs); ensure progress and risk identification.
- CEO Office operations: Manage the CEO strategic calendar; synthesize critical information from Finance, Product, R&D, People, and Field Ops.

Vous structurez le CEO Office et garantissez un narratif clair, cohérent et percutant.
Vos missions au quotidien
- Narratif stratégique & communication : Construire et maintenir le narratif de Marso ; rédiger les communications CEO (presse, interviews, conférences) ; assurer la cohérence de tous les messages.
- Orchestration du reveal & relations presse : Piloter la préparation, le message et l'exécution du reveal ; coordonner les équipes internes et les parties prenantes externes.
- Préparation des boards : Structurer les Board Packs, consolider les contributions, définir le storyline et les KPIs, préparer le CEO.
- Communication investisseurs : Rédiger les updates, soutenir les documents de levée, accompagner la due diligence, aligner le message en vue de la Série A.
- Coordination stratégique : Maintenir l'alignement fondateurs, suivre les priorités clés, piloter les rituels exécutifs.
- Projets transverses : Structurer ou mener des initiatives stratégiques (jalons industriels, partenariats, PoCs) avec suivi des risques.
- CEO Office operations : Gérer l'agenda stratégique du CEO, synthétiser les informations critiques de Finance, Produit, R&D, RH et Ops terrain.
Profile we are looking for
- 7–12 years of experience in consulting, VC, corporate communications, or an executive-facing role in a demanding tech or industrial environment.
- Outstanding written communication (FR/EN), synthesis, and analytical skills.
- Solid experience with C-level interactions and board-level materials.
- Ability to structure complex information and communicate with clarity and impact.
- Good understanding of early-stage company dynamics and investor expectations.
- Mature, calm under pressure, discreet, reliable, able to challenge constructively.
- Motivation to join an ambitious industrial adventure where speed and clarity matter.

Profil recherché**
- 7 à 12 ans d'expérience en conseil, VC, communication corporate ou rôle exposé au comité exécutif dans un environnement technologique ou industriel exigeant.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite (FR/EN), synthèse et analyse.
- Expérience solide des interactions C-level et des supports de board.
- Capacité à structurer des informations complexes et à communiquer avec impact.
- Bonne compréhension des dynamiques early-stage et des attentes investisseurs.
- Mature, calme sous pression, discret, fiable, constructif.
- Motivation à rejoindre une aventure industrielle ambitieuse où vitesse et clarté priment.
