About the Role
As a Retail Project Coordinator Intern at Xiaomi France, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and monitoring of our retail projects across physical stores and distributor partners. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, optimize sales processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
You will also track performance metrics, analyze results, and contribute to creating internal training and communication materials. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to retail operations and project management within a dynamic, fast-growing tech company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor retail projects across multiple channels.
- Support improvements in sales processes and field operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent campaign execution.
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Assist in developing training materials and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (3rd year) to Master's student in business, marketing, management, or related fields.
- Strong interest in sales, retail, and project management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Previous experience in retail or project management is a plus.
